Bro, i notice there is a small cctv located at some junction, what is that for? anyone know? because if is a

traffic camera, but it look so different from the 2 standing behind the traffic light.....

been driving around the bukit timah part,

 

just outside KAP got, after the fire station got, the lamp post beside the last time F&N factory there also got.

 

what is this for ? monitoring traffic or to catch pple?

 

i know the CCTV at the sentosa gate way catches pple who do the U turn. i kenna b4.

i think those are surveillance cameras.. used to see road conditions etc..
