How to compare leh, my tuscani depreciate 4k per yr n rx8 9k per yr.....if got ample cash n value for money, a 335i N55 coupe anytime...

It's like asking mx5 2.0 manual or s2000, which one will u pick...

I45 sedan, Kia k5, 2.0 civic/ Mazda 6,/ suzuki kizashi, which one u prefer...

Can i recommend u Honda Integra instead? No need the Type R, the normal version with Sunroof will do.

It should be same price as RX8 but more ex than Tuscani.

I driven a Tuscani for 4years, it's nice to drive with good FC. Mine was Turboed, so it's actually pretty fast ;)

But if let me chose again, i go for Honda Integra, heavily modified cars comes with Headache :(

Yalo....my gt2871 giving me a lot of workshop time, not that fast Oso, around 230 on wheel, still can try with type r n rx8 or sonata taxi once in awhile, 2yrs plus Liao, getting beri sianz...Kia coupe waste gas, have not MIT a TC one yet...Always kena bully or push by swift sport, just floor abit 1.1bar then bye bye.

Going for a compact sedan b4 this cny....

Hi guys.. need some advise.

Wanna get a 2nd hand Rx 8. Only left 3yrs to drive.

Please advise the following if u could:

-Is this the old facelift that is rumored to be very problematic?

-Can use the sync oil instead of the mineral oil for servicing? y 5k instead of the usual 10k?

-Where can i get a reasonable check on the rotary engine in singapore?

-Also is it easy for the engine to bust out like every 100k then must overhaul?

-Lastly it "eats" up engine oil... any solution and how long time to check always?

Please help :D

my wife drives an rx8

get the FL model...most of the problems in pre-FL has been fixed or improved in the FL version

and it looks much better too.

the engine burns engine oil....so u need to top up (approx 1 litre) after 2500 km.

its not turbo but recommended to change oil after 5000km

use either mineral oil or rotary synthetic (but it is more expensive)

you should carry out a compression test, check engine mount and steering rack

1 liter after 2500km is alot

better to get an engine oil which does not dissipate too easily

but yeah getting an rx8 is not bad can be quite a fast car
