Then he replied, 'Not true, blah blah blah....Feel like slapping him! Somemore check my wify only asked her bend n asked her lie down n raised her legs. Nvr even checked her lower back. $85 for 10 mins job.... [mad]

If no fracture and no inflammation, Doctor can't do much already. But it is good news.

If you can't wait, you might want to check out the private physio clinic.

Be prepared to pay about $120 for first consultation and $90 for subsequent follow up.

Thks Ben, she's undergoing sinseh treatment at the moment. Will see how it goes.

Also, I realised those docs n sinsehs hv different anwers as to whether lower back pain n knee pain related anot. Some say yes, some say no, some say must take glucosamine, some say take also no use...make me so confused [confused]

Glucosamine, no harm try. Can get from GNC.

But my mum and myself are allergic to glucosamine. Do try in small dosage first.

Not being suggestive, but just to share..

I delayed for 5 years before deciding to go for MRI and the knife (key hole these days lah!)

MRI showed ACL total tear.. and I didnt feel a thing.. knee just buckled now and then but always pops back when I straightened it..

My left knee operation was 13 years ago by knife then.same meniscus damaged...until today still can feel the pain if jog, bowling, swim etc...dont think can ever recover, just hoping dont need another operation until I die.

Btw, changing my car partly due to feeling more pain each day when control clutch. Changing to auto.

Try to get Glucosamine Sulphate, the absorption rate is much better than Glucosamine HCI.

You got to take 1500mg a day, before you could feel any difference, too low dosage dont really work.
