he doesnt actually want anyone to out-perform in everything, even if they do, he makes sure they are not known..... just like it says "He single handedly built sgp", when many others actually worked hard together to achieve it.

LOL... i believe he also said parents of good quality ie academic achievements etc will produce quality babies..... therefore according to him, gratuate couples are encouraged with incentives to give birth. One of his grand child proved the opposite ohmy.gif
