What can LTA do to SMRT ?

They shd just include fines by LTA as a negative KPI point and link it to a clawback from her basic pay, if not bonuses. Confirm will take things seriously from then on. Otherwise, it is as pointless as removing MBT/ WKS/ RW from their positions.
