Replacement for stock 65W(H9) Upper Beam Bulb?

Thinking of upgrading my stock head lights.

 

Upper beam bulbs are 65W H9. Cant seem to find this substitute from Osram Night Breaker Plus.

 

Lower beams are 55W H1 and Fog are 51W HB4.

 

My car is Mit Grandis.

 

Read somewhere H11 can be use for H9?

 

But H11 only 55W while H9 is 65W.

I have changed so many bulbs but reading yours, i also became confused lol.

H11, H9, H8, hb4 etc these are the connectors to the housing.

 

you might want to visit autobacs or concord building for a look.

also for most cars, just upgrading lower beams will do, as these are commonly used.

fog lights will also be upgraded to get a uniform color.

Its harder to modify H11's to fit H9's than the other way around. You may want to contact the distributors for Philips and Osram to see what they have in H9's. Model for model, the H9's will put out more light than their H11 equivalents, and switching to H11's may become a downgrade (even if the H11's put out more lumens) as due to the design of the headlamp assembly, H9's don't come with glare blockers etc.
