i dun understand the part of "No cameras/video cam are allowed in the Snow Chamber" part.

They are afraid people copy their concept and start another one to compete for business.

 

Or they themselves copied from somewhere else in another country and are afraid of getting sued if pics are circulated online.

 

This is a low entry barrier business. Got money, can do.

They got in house camera xmm to take picture and charge you $10+ per pics

I think this could be the most likely reason... If I were to copy its concept, I dont even need a camera. Just note down the key points and start one on my own.. But thats just my guess... [:)]

wow S$10 !! in china, they charge you RMB10 for a pic they take of you ...

 

$10 = polaroids ??

dunno if you have been there or not, but this is their MO.

 

1. they will invite you to take photos with them or their performances then sell you the print-outs.

 

2. as you visit some attractions, they will snap you when you walk past and then make a keychain with your pic on it and ask you to buy it !!

This is present at most attractions..... It's another form of income for them...

 

If you really hard up for pics n videos, you can consider those pin hole or spy cam type... In form of keychain, pen, sunglasses, etc

yup. i got one of those ipod type spycams ... still have not tried to use it yet ... dunno still able to work or not ...
