Acanthus Neutral Newbie May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 (edited) Have upgraded to ICS on my Note. I am with Starhub. Visually the screen looks sharper and the phone is much faster, have not tried the new functions yet. Only problem - i think my APN got reset and now its connect more to H and H+ (i presumed HSPDA) and not 3G. Called Starhub and they sent me a configuration message but it is not solving the issue. Anyone on Starhub facing this issue and got it solved? Can post your APN settings? Thanks! Edited May 30, 2012 by Acanthus ↡ Advertisement

Higher power consumption due to H+? My only 'gripe' is that the default Chrome browser now very fast, but I love the Dolphin HD very much as it works almost like desktop but speed not much improve compare to before update. Definitely worth to update.

Pencapchew Neutral Newbie May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 I upgraded to ICS yesterday and there seems to be some lagging with the GPRS. The normal game i played is now SUPER slow and i cant even run the speed test. Any way to change back to older settings until ICS is stable and all apps compatible? Heartlander Turbocharged May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 it will wipe off all the apps right? I updated thtough 3G, all the apps are still there but all the screens went back to default. So have to manually put all the apps back to the respective pages. Think if update through Kies maybe can do backup before update to save the hassle? But not big deal actually. H and H+ is hell lot faster than 3G.. only thing is, our local telcos wanna maximise profits.. so most of the time, the connection sucks due to too many users at a particular spot..
