Bystander50 5th Gear July 13, 2012 Share July 13, 2012 Just to clarify. Is it an offence "NOT TO STOP" or "LEAVING" the scene of an accident? If there are injuries, it is an offence to move the vehicle(s) from the location. They'll probably bite him hard on this.
Blackyv Turbocharged July 13, 2012 Share July 13, 2012 Let's be real here, beside accident, how many of you kena stop by tp or road block and asked for driving licence?.. for me, only once in my 10yrs of driving... so, statically, the chances of being caught without a valid driving licence is low, damn low unless involve in accident or chiong nite life type.... Zxcvb Turbocharged July 14, 2012 Share July 14, 2012 Correct!! I said it before in this forum and I'll say it again. There are many drivers out there, probably thousands, driving or riding without a valid driving license. The chances of getting caught without a driving license is much lower than getting caught under 3/4 tank to JB. They should do a roadblock in the daytime one of these days to check on this. Late night, usually all the bo license one won't drive out cos high chance of road block. But then even got road block, most of the time waive off, unless someone inside the car drinks and smell of alcohol. Confirm pull one side, check. Hulk 1st Gear July 14, 2012 Share July 14, 2012 Just to clarify. Is it an offence "NOT TO STOP" or "LEAVING" the scene of an accident? You stay also will charge later. Leaving also will charge later. So both is offence I guess ↡ Advertisement
