Liping24cn Clutched July 27, 2012 Share July 27, 2012 They cannot claim to be one per center because, then there will not be any higher benchmark for them to aim for. Say if the ministars were to declare themselves as 1percenters, then come next salary review, where will they get the higher benchmark to justify higher salary? So they always think there are people who earn higher than them, that if they leave politics, they will be able to earn the real 1percenters salary. So have to be humble, and say only 20percenters at most lah.
