Fresh air mode will cause the compressor to run more,used more fuel...

Idling more than 10 secs off engine.?Stupid also...even i ask owners of some newer cars with Start/Stop function,they switch off this mode when they start their engine,reason.?A/C. not cold when the engine is off.
