An accident which I cannot understand

I see many cars opposite slow down to kapo. This is why accident only all jammed. whats there to look when they dont wanna stop and help? 'watching fire on the other side of the shore' mentally ?

It's "curious" and "taking down car plate no. to buy 4D" mentalities.

Learn by example.

If there is a incident happened around us, the natural instinct is to understand and learn from others mistakes.

So stopping or slowing down to look see is caring human nature. Because the cause of the accident(slippery road, objects on the road) may be present and will still cause further accidents if other drivers are not careful.

 

Those who don't stop are usually heartless or have hackcare attitude towards others and own safety.
