kdash Supersonic December 8, 2017 Share December 8, 2017 many is unpaid OT lehagree on the unpaid OT, cause i have done it before haha... usually non-tech level staff who are above a certain pay grade (read: uni grads) will not be eligible for OT pay... unlimited leave (or at least flexible leave) is good for young parents with kids who just started to go for childcare and falling sick often. i am fortunate to have understanding bosses and colleagues in my current company, so evaluation of my work performance is still not so adversely affected... ↡ Advertisement
13177 Hypersonic December 9, 2017 Share December 9, 2017 many is unpaid OT leh If unpaid OT, i think many would not choose to come back on weekends often, or stay back after work on weekdays de. People know how to calculate well de. Thats why some companies would pay those staff who are not eligible for OT pay in other form of compensation, if not no one would want to stay back for OT. Unless you are manager level or above, then no choice.
