I am very sorry. I dont have all these information. I only know my dad he heart attack already then go do the stern thing. then the dctor ask him eat fish oil. then he go and measire, doctor say got improvement. quite a few years already, so my dad dont remember.

hi, i appreciate your concern very much. my blood pressure and cholesterol are closely monitored and they are in healthy level. I am non-smoker.

 

To update the rest of you, i have been on Hydroxyurea (1g daily) for 1.5 month. It really reduces the platelet count but it seems that i may have to take this drug for life or until one day my bone marrow stops producing excessive platelet. (In last 1.5 month, my blood sample was taken fortnightly to monitor the effectiveness of the drug.)
