Anyway I tried appealing , no use. Just wait for 2 things, first is letter requesting for driver particular and in my case since the driver is me, the charge sheet for this offence will follow, don’t want to scare you but the 12 points will stay with you for 2 years like in my case only cleared on New Year’s Day in 2016.

 

And yes, the red light camera that caught me is those orange type, so it is definitely the digital camera with no film.

The cctv camera at junctions can also catch people who beat red lights? I am losing my sleep

I dont think so. What you must be worried are the cams from KPO cars.

I just kena and I din even know I jumped a red light to start off with. Anyway, was asked to attend lesson at Ubi to reduce 4 points from 12 points. I have been driving for 32 years, unblemished. LL.
