watching the AD bid - what does Current Reserve Price  mean? the AD's reserve price?

 

It means that is the maximum price they have set for this bidding.

Really need to see luck. 

 

Usually will be harder to get in a rising COE environment because the higher the AD/PI bid for you, the lower their margin is.
