BilHonan Neutral Newbie July 11, 2018 Share July 11, 2018 Hi...as per my knowledge the bulb will not feel hot, but the heat sink/head is hot, thereby causing slow damage to the electronic circuit board inside.My entrance pendant light is Philips LED, with good circulation flow = no suffocation and heat build up.
