i am doing transfer of name from my uncle to myself. for section C of the form (particulars of submitter), details of submitter should it be me or the vehicle owner? must the current owner be present at the point of making transfer? or can just bring his NRIC?

i noe section A is for current owner.. section B is for new owner.. section C seems to mention authorised submitter, does it mean the current owner?

Section C should be fill up by the person submitting the form at the counter.

wonder if there is such service agent who does both the paperwork and sourcing for loan financing at the same time to save the hassle/inconvenience. Am interested to know these agents though. Tks.

do personal transfer (just from my uncle to me. no involvement of dealer) need TPIN to effect the transfer?
