Just take it as it is one of the common thing sure would find on owning a car la. 😂 This is the easiest thing to get fine visible hair line scratches on this plant. ↡ Advertisement

Wrap the piano black interior with a clear film. The wife wants the walk-away lock.. She claims it's easier so no need to touch or press anything. Ya it's good to have i guess but i prefer to lock it. Don't wanna be complacent.. Have left the car unlocked a few times already.. Guess i didn't close the door hard enough? Anyone facing this issue where the walk away lock doesn't activate?

Yes it won't auto lock if the door isn't closed hard enough and when you closed the driver's door before the passenger's door. Or maybe its my wife didn't close hard enough. Thats why I always keep a hear out for the beep to be activated and the second beep for the doors to be locked. I am just used to the walk away lock since using in 2015. U might have closed it first then attended to your kid at passenger side. Then hear one beep when you close the driver door. As s you walk away you should hear another beep as your mirror folds. And not true that the driver door has to be closed last. I have activated it after closing the passenger door last. That was why i felt that the whole walk away lock thingy is wonky and i find it a chore. I prefer locking the car on my own by touching the sensor on the door handle. Yeah but sometimes in a rush you might forget about the second beep, thinking the car is already locked.

When you hear the first beep, it will definitely be locked bro. It’s to inform you that the walk away lock is being activated and the second bro is to let you know it’s locked
