At least they should be given enough compensation for the resident to buy a resale flat in a good location if they dont want the replacement flat. No matter what they still gain.

Find amk not many vacant land available esp near to MRT area. So if any SERS in amk, the replacement flat also not near to MRT.

Although there is a large piece of vacant land near the library, former temporary bus interchange which is not that far from MRT, but so far no see any development there yet. Dont know if they are building private housing, new BTO project or for any SERS?!

Omg, another golf club ask to go. Looks like we would not have many golf club left soon liao.

Didnt know Keppel Club that whole piece of land is just opposite Telok Blangah HDB and next to Telok Blangah MRT. No wonder they would not let this piece of land to go wasted as a golf club. Lol. But building HDB BTO will it benefit HDB? I see it would benefit the flat owner as next time can sell for millions.
