See what I mean. This is not even real Prime. Should be low rise flats (12 storey?) if not wrong. Pay back 1 unit, flip 3-4 units by building high rise (30-40 storey). Same formula as private. If already is high rise (ie near max plot ratio), chance of enbloc or sers low as not so lucrative already.

Not just that maybe. Older HDBs blocks are sparsely located compared to now so maybe can build up 6 blocks instead of 4 plus 40 stories instead of 12.

Another funny SERS, they SERS blk 562-565, but left out the other side two blk 558 & 560? Thought if they SERS all the 6 blks there, it would have quite a big plot of land for development?

Still got some more... old estate carpark is usually big open-air type. Convert to multi-storey (charge higher parking fees) and free up land for additional blocks.

Haven’t yet la.

You tell me which HDB just MOP is not asking ridiculous prices? From popular location to not so popular location all same same. 😅

If that two blk did not got SERS under this SERS project, dont think they will get SERS liao. So next time when they build new housing there, that 2 old blk would become like eye sore. Reminds me of the SERS project in Holland Rd back then, when two point blk old HDB did not got SERS, and now the surrounding all are new BTO and housing, that 2 blk looks so weird.

Just saw the tv news on this AMK SERS, and they interviewed the residents there. Many said the blk has many problems, always need repair work. But this HDB only 43 year old le, how come so many problems? Lack of maintenance from town council? There are tons of HDB flats much more older than this AMK HDB lo and yet people still staying in them. Lol.

The AMK SERS, noticed the replacement flat is located at ITE college there, seems not a good location, much further to MRT. The current site is nearer to MRT as it located along AMK ave 3.

Ya lo, all those resident just pretend and act like very sad that their blk tio SERS. Resident tio SERS is like strike TOTO first group prize, no matter what options given by HDB will the resident choose lo. Resident only feel sad if their blk tio SARS but definitely not sad when tio SERS. Lol.

sell high buy high couple with further away location from mrt the general sentiments shown in the video should be truth. That area got lot of oldfolks as well.  My opinion. 

Compare to tanglin halt. Right smack in Queenstown mrt.

any sers or Enbloc will earn if u use the money to buy a replacement. those who are f*** by Enbloc are those who didn't buy anything after Enbloc
