Yes, hopefully can climb out from the lowest point of my valley. These 2 years have not been very good for me...

it's all abt perspective....I have never had a downside  in the last 10 years, regardless.

Especially so after my transplant where all else is pittens cf the materialism we have.  I look a things with gratitude, whether good or bad.  It's abt building resilience and having a good family behind you.

Nonetheless, we all have our struggles and look forward always

Best wishes to all

Thanks pal. I strongly believe that whatever I'm experiencing now is just a passing mass of dark cloud, and the sky will brighten up very soon.

Jia you.......I intend to also go back to Bukit Timah Hill on a weekly basis and then try for Mt Kinabalu this year....

A good form of exercise I would say. All the best for your Mt. Kinabalu trip!

All the best bro.

For me, 2019 ended with shit. Need to quickly find another income source. Was laid off 2 weeks ago. The compensation can only last 6 months with current spending before eating into savings.

Thanks Pal. I too am in and out of job, so I know your worry. All the best in 2020 and beyond.

Although I am neither rich nor influential, but I am already very contented with what I have, able-bodied and healthy (I just cleared my medical checkup 3 weeks ago), a lovely family with a very understanding wife and 2 great kids, a roof over the head, a car, without having to worry about the next meal / living expenses, etc.

There is nothing much else I can ask for, till I went jobless 2 years back, and subsequent roles has not been smooth. In short, my income is now pretty unstable at best. For me, I wish I could land myself in a proper job soon and be back on my feet in the corporate world again. I am also half way through my part time course, which hopefully can help me to go into full time teaching role few years down the road (in preparation for my retirement).

Yes, it is all about building resilience and looking at things from different perspective. I am still very positive and have faith that tomorrow shall always be better.[flowerface][flowerface]

All the best to you too, and good health always.[:)]
