It's not for everyone bah. My son has no interest. My girl still plays with them once a while. She did it during CB when she was bored. Only girl can do it. Try asking a k2 boy. Haha my k2 boy the most 50 only.

I was still thinking of getting a 5,000 piece one. BUT, 1,500 massive headache already! Plus the puzzle itself is pretty dull in theme so many pieces are identical (blue, dark blue, purple, black).

I've been inspired to start my own Jigsaw puzzle collection after some poison by a friend, in particular the Disney Series! There is zero thread regarding Jigsaw puzzles so... Looking for places to buy. I've looked through Carousell, Amazon, Shopee (too ex), Lazada and some specialised shops in Singapore like PerfectFit. Where do you usually get your jigsaw from, preferably from Singapore? What's a recommended brand to get on average? Where do you get your poster frame? This is my personal favorite and I'm trying to find this right now but hopefully the 1,500 one. Apparently only overseas have. Damn cool or is it just me? Any luck here? Anyone into "boring" jigsaw puzzles too? Surprised to see people still interested in jigsaw puzzles, thought I'm the only one around. To me the joy is in the piecing, I just piece the puzzle, break into big pieces and keep them in the boxes after I'm done, impossible to frame up so many. I usually only take 12-16hrs to complete a 1000 pc jigsaw. Next challenge is to try 2000pcs ones when I have a longer break. I like a taiwan brand pintoo, the puzzles are made of plastic, good quality. Unfortunately they don't ship to SG. I usually buy and carry back during my Taiwan trips. They have those super mini jigsaw puzzles which I like too.(see pic) For SG can try jigsaw puzzle world online or their showroom in Toh Guan. I used to order puzzles from puzzle warehouse (I think US website), free shipping. Puzzle is really a good training of patience and deep focus. To me, very therapeutic too as I get totally absorbed in it and forget everything else. Luckily I've about 15 new boxes in my storeroom before CB, during CB I pieced 5 of it.

You are the first person on MCF that is still into jigsaw puzzling. Finally! Pintoo is the brand with the jigsaw puzzle that snap together so you don't need to use glue to hold it together right? I'm actually new at this and just started my 1500 piece puzzle yesterday. Already taken more than 12 hours and only about 30% done. To make things a little worse, I think I got the borders wrongly fixed and the corner puzzles ain't joining up. Haha I'm PUZZLED jigsaw puzzling can be therapeutic because I'm pulling my hair every second.
