Have tested it on both my front quarter panels, one side 3M and one side Mothers....the Mothers side felt smoother. Also got a few members to take a look and feel and they agreed also. Assassin, I've tried both too after your experiment, my view is even though Mother's touch is smoother, it tends to make my bonnet more streaky, so I stick to my 3M.
