Thanks and probably will follow your advice. But dont really understand no.8 - what open areas are you refering to ? [:/]

Yep think the rear boot door - for my case is the easiest to start with. I did saw how the mech at my agent opened up my car door to do some adjustments to my window though. They unscrewed the inside door handles and some other parts and unhook the door handle from the wire inside the door and - vola - the lining is off and could see the inside of the door. There was a transparent plastic layer attached with a layer of sticky black stuff - then the inside of the door. - I suppose you paste the insulating foam and layering to this inside of the door rite?

If you look at conti cars, you may find a few layers of rubber linings which make the door more 'air tight', thus creating a solid sound when you close it. If it's deficient, you may add more.

Once you've remove the door cover, remove the plastic sheet carefully. Take care not to tear it as you will need to stick it back. If you soey-soey tear it, you can use a thin sheet of Aerofoam, cut it to shape and stick it on in place of the plastic. The Accumat should be stuck on the door panel itself. Try to cover as much bare metal as possible. After that, just tap the door from the outside and feel and hear the difference! [thumbsup]

Yah man.... and imagine average family needs about 2/mth.. that's about 6 million toothpast / mth.... each toothpast about $3 to $4.... so that translate to $18 million sales / mth!! [gossip]

So let's just assuming the maunfacturing, all the cost & taxes adds up to $17 million... and he gets to earn $1 million / mth!! no bad huh!! [thumbsup]

Go to your sales rep ask him for door clips. before that, bring him for lunch.

If you really want to do the door, I can show you how. all jap cars are the same..

BUt, I won't do for you as you know, not nice if I break something.

Else, go to Mazda Distributor in Cuff Road to get the parts.
