what i actually heard is for every amount of coolant u pour in, u muz double it with water. so mixture should actually 1:2 respectively.

in sg normal tap water will do but some car owners really go the distance and use pure distiled water instead. it is said that distiled water wont have impurities and will not corrode or rust the radiator walls.

whatever it is remember, DO NOT use mineral water.

merc is a good brand. but i personally feel that distilled water is good enuff....the so called coolants more anti rust than cooling effects.....

it depends on what you buy. read the instructions first. Shell coolants are premixed so you need not mix with water anymore

Don't think I need. At one time I was on a project to do a mist spray over the radiator. Even bought a motorised water pump together with water bag...........but it never got off the ground. And since I'm enlightened now, I can safely say 'I do not need this'!laugh.giflaugh.giflaugh.gif

Yah, the project stalled becos we cannot get proper nozzles and lines.

BTW, does it need high pressure to run the mist nozzle? You cannot have a big motor as it will take up space and add weight.
