Now that EVs and even hybrids are all the rage, can we look at what's left?

No EV, no hybrid talk...

For those who aren't yet ready to move into the electrified world, just looking at what are the options available now?

Off the top of my head

- Toyota Corolla

- BMW 116 / x1 / 216

- Suzuki Jimny

Any others?

as long as there is some form of electric power, not necessary for propulsion, LTA will take it as hybrid

i.e. 48v mild hybrid, unnecessarily complicated, minimum benefits in actual world, more things to spoil,  just to meet the legislation

These are worse than true hybrids IMO..

They increase your depreciation, don't add real mileage and you still have another battery replacement cost to worry about...

If I do get a hybrid, I'll prefer the Honda type which has good integration and adds power whilst helping with mileage..

Never go wrong with Toyota & Honda Hybrids.

@therockFull Hybrid is okay, but not Plug In Hybrid like Mercedes Benz E300e,the Battery when fully charged, only lasts 80Km,after that, carry a heavy ''Dead weight'' around, these type of PHEV best for those who use less than 80Km per Day.
