Falken tyres...

Hi all,

 

Looking for your expert opinions between Falken ST115 and ZX512. Which one would you guys recommend? Any 1st hand experience?

Been using ST115 for 2 years (45,000km) and my comment is the grip is very good, both dry & wet, even when almost wears out, but have to compromise the comfort and especially noise. It gets noisy after it starts to wear around 15,000km onwards.

 

ZX512 suppose to be better in comfort and noise but less grip than ST115 although still reasonably good.

Relax and easygoing, i think but definitely not the cheong typelah. My friend calls me the most 'civilized' civic driver he's ever seen no offence to other civic drivers

if u more inclined towards rest n relak, u shld go for Bridgestone Turanza ER80. but if muz be falken, the 512 will probably suit u better than the 115.

Thks man...The shop I went to doesn't do Bridgestones. So am deciding between the 115 and the 512s.

actually no, think stamford prices quite hiong , tyre shop somewhere around toh tuck.

I am using 512...grip on wet roads are surprising good as I dun expect much from it....if I get falken again I would try 115..it is a much better tyre....noise wise..wow...512 makes quite a noise too...8((...think falken are generally noisy....try potenza g3....it is a great choice too..
