Exiting cars from Seng Kang/Punggol have wrong impression of speed after exiting the jam inside the town area. They tend to speed up alot believing they have clear the jam and MUST filter out immediately. 2. Slow or extremely fast exiting huge lorry carrying lots of stuff from Lor Halus. 3. Glaring sun just after turn at Lor Halus. The sun is extremely glaring and it got worse recently when some nice people trim the trees. Cars literally jam brakes because of the glare. 4. TP at corner after Lor Halus, suddenly all commercial vehicles starts filering left. 5. Slight slope after Lor Halus, vehicles will slow down. 6. Exit to Tampinese ave 10 - high traffic volume with lots of vehicles trying to filter left after Lor Halus. IMO, all these are just right for the next accident to happen. I have travel this stretch of roads for a few years. At first the traffic accident area is just after the Punggol exit. Now it is just near Lor Halus. I drive extremely slow there and even have change my set out time just to try to miss the jam due to accidents. Once I was late for 3 straight days in a week because of accidents. Lor Halus/Jln Kayu....my timing too good.....around 0830-0900 sure kena wan.... To escape erp at cte,pie, so take tpe.....then time wasted, muscle ached, temper flared, all becos someone didn't sleep enuff the nite b4, late for some critical mission....drive like Jackie Chan and then....bang bang bang.....like tat sure die of high blood man.... I vomit blood until dry for months already.... the moment i start the car.. go down MSCP... hear radio.. "Accident at TPE near Lor Halus Exit on right lane.." I know i expect heavy jams.... this is getting so often in that area... 0830hrs-0900hrs confirmed kenna one.. Even I hit TPE around 0810... also kenna.. that time everytime jammed regardless any early morning peak hours...
