Extractor Temperature

Actually, by warping the extractor, you are keeping the temperature of the exhaust gases hot inside the pipes. By doing so, the hot gases get to expel faster (travel faster) then without the wrap as the heat will be lost by heating up the pipes nod.gifnod.gifnod.gif

 

Of course the secondary effect will be keeping the engine bay cooler sly.gifsly.gifsly.gif

How long have you fixed it?

Does it turn brownish (due to the heat) after some time?

Cos saw the same thing in JB but not sure about the price ...

got it a year back.. brownish is due more to rust and dirt..

but first day got burnt smell, and even smoke.. [:p]

my still seems alrite.. changed together with extractor.. [thumbsup][thumbsup]

thanks man....hee hee these comin holidays got lots of mod to do....subject to finances hee hee

 

Save up all your finances and go for a better power na car and dont need mods.
