Vtim 3rd Gear February 23, 2004 Share February 23, 2004 Actually, by warping the extractor, you are keeping the temperature of the exhaust gases hot inside the pipes. By doing so, the hot gases get to expel faster (travel faster) then without the wrap as the heat will be lost by heating up the pipes Of course the secondary effect will be keeping the engine bay cooler ↡ Advertisement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
