Orangie Neutral Newbie March 8, 2004 Share March 8, 2004 Not indicating that you're laughing at other ppl's prob. Just indicating that most cars, regardless of make, got problems. Insignificant that owners choose to ignore it Conti cars are good mah Ppl tends to compare which is better rather looking at the pros and cons... my 2cts nia ↡ Advertisement

Dookie Neutral Newbie March 8, 2004 Share March 8, 2004 i guess today a lot of conti cars have been tropicalised so there should be much problems... look at what globalisation has done... if one were to actually think about it, japan and korea lies along the same latitude as europe and america, so what's the diff?? quality?? Now Merc is made in S.Africa... BMW and Alfa is made in Thai-kok... everyone's heading somewhere.... I still think it's how stringent the QC is, if made in Thai-kok and the QC is re-assuring (to be proven??) then i wouldn't see that it will matter... Vit4wd 1st Gear April 20, 2004 Share April 20, 2004 Hi all, Anyone encounter problems with these 2 vehicle so far???? Heard Vios have lots of problem??Best if you avoid Toyota Vios at all cost. Even my Japan made Corolla got problems, let alone the Thai made Vios. IN 24 mths, my rear power broke down, all 4 rubber door seal warp, and auto gearbox kept jerking, which Borneo could not solve. This is confirmed my last Toyota. ↡ Advertisement
