broken lower back.... bones are not joined so it is slightly in front.... All I know is the docs keep asking me if I got pain when I pee.... it is natural though, not injury

I woke up one morning and couldn't pull myself out of bed.... just lied there shouting for help.... was as if I was parallised.... Then see doc and found the prob.... now I live a normal life though.... but I try to keep away from anything to physical.... but I am no push over....

I play basketball.... center/forward specifically.... I am no push over.... I can hold my ground against most people.... except if you are 100 KG of solid muscle.... then I might not be able to.... but it seems not many have been able to get much from me....

I live a life like a normal person.... most wouldn't know if I don't tell....

A broken lower back renders you paralysed, for authenticity,

- Are/were you on an immob brace?

- What level are we tokin abt?

- There should have been corrective surgery for 'broken' else i can safely say it is displaced, non-comminuted

- CT scans and MRI, evidence, what level, if peeing is a Q, then L3-4/L4-5.

In which case, my fren, OCS is a no-no. Dun kid urself, take good care and strengthen ur back muscles, but dun push it!!!

Just mo 0.02 [nod]

yeah but to what extent do I take care of myself?

there is a fine line between taking care, and pushing the limit.... I just live my life as normal as it can be without going too far....

no immob brace.... I never had any problems since that time I was young.... I don't have the reports with me so I don't know what it is exactly....

and yes OCS is a nono.... plus my whole lower body is very musclar (below chest).... I just need to lose some of my tummy to help my posture.... other than that it is ok....
