looks comfy thumbsup.gif. but in SG, it always the more seats the better so BM will probably bring in the 7 seater, if not continue to lose to PI.

wonder how much BM's markup will be sweatdrop.gifsweatdrop.gifsweatdrop.gif

There's a comparison of the big MPVs (Previa, Odyssey, Grandis) on the latest Torque magazine, maybe you can check them out.

My family is quite heavyweight [laugh] So need maybe 2.0/2.4L to power it.. Any PIs recommendation to get Ipsum/Estima/Previa? Or even other MPVs?

Ricardo Auto... look for Patricia... I have not bought from her, as we ended up buying a 2nd hand Ipsum, but she was very friendly, but not pushy on the sales... My wife and I would have bought an Estima from her, if not for the budget, and the opportunity of the 2nd hand Ipsum came by...

Dont' think the 3rd row seats are "small" for yound adults. I always (almost) carried full load on my WISH with two adults (in-laws) on the 3rd rows on weekends. Sometime, ferry my colleagues to lunch out with full load too. My sis (8mths pregnant, about 1.65m in height) can also sit on the 3rd row with her maid and 3yrs+ son - did not complaint la [sly]

For the price that I am paying for a 1.8L MPV, comparing with Stream and Mazda G-sport (MPV) or other below 2L MPV, I would think WISH is more roomy [nod] Plus pickup, power and FC quite good too [thumbsup] Except the body quite "thin", weighing 1.3T for a MPV [sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

Quite true on the FC about the Grandis. I got a close friend driving one. When I ask about the FC, his reaction is [shakehead][:/]

When I was hunting for a MPV, I actually sat from 1st row to 3rd row, adjust the 1st and 2nd rows of seats to determine how good is the leg room, comfort, head room, 3rd row of seats to the rear bumper place (safety zone if kana bump from back), etc.. If you observed carefully, the seating pad for Grandis is 'extremely' large or long. Thus, it tends to push your knee forward, knee will touch 2nd row back seat unless 2nd row is moved forward more. That's my observation.

If overall cost is less of a issue, I will buy the Odyssey (latest) ....better FC than older model, smaller turning radius, nice interior. Seats are more comfortable than Wish. Sat in my wife's uncle car in Jarkata when he drove us around [thumbsup]

Think the Picnic seats are quite comfortable too. But FC is also [:/][sweatdrop]

Don't think you FC will be down to 5~6km/L if you driving a Wish and MOD it a "little" [sly] . Some facts : 17" rim, Capsule, grounding, volt stablizer, KNN filter, platinium plugs, heavy foot doing above 10km/L. Almost all TRD stuffs, 17" rim, volt stabilizer, sport version capsule, irridium plugs, always redline can do about 9~10km/L [lipsrsealed][lipsrsealed]
