this is the norm lar! if I rev, it'll be around 60kmh (almost rev cut liao)

strange. coz this normally happens on downshift.

it can be either the synchromesh worn out or some alignment problem with the gear.

my old car use to have similar problem too until they alignment the gear shift, but sad to say, i didn't really know what thing they aligned coz i wasn't there
