Thunder Neutral Newbie September 20, 2004 Share September 20, 2004 Is your ride a Toyota? My previous ride, a Toyota, had this problem. Small coachroaches that will appear from time to time on the dash board. Until I got so fed up, I spray baygon in the car and then shut all the doors. A few hours later, had to come down and really air the car. Found a few dead coachroaches. After that never see them again until I sell the car! My current ride, no coachroach but got spider! Killed two so far. It could be when the car was in the cargo ship on its way here, these pest gets into the car. The type of croachroach that I saw seems to be different to those found here. Smaller and more agile, not like the fat ones we have here. I guess the best solution is to "nuke those bxxxxxd".............

Weetiong Neutral Newbie September 20, 2004 Share September 20, 2004 Hi, Thunder how do u get rid of those spiders once n 4 all? Is your ride a Toyota? My previous ride, a Toyota, had this problem. Small coachroaches that will appear from time to time on the dash board. Until I got so fed up, I spray baygon in the car and then shut all the doors. A few hours later, had to come down and really air the car. Found a few dead coachroaches. After that never see them again until I sell the car! My current ride, no coachroach but got spider! Thunder Neutral Newbie September 20, 2004 Share September 20, 2004 I guess if it becomes bad enough, I will use the "nuke them all" technique. However, after killing two, I have not seen anymore. Hopefully they stay away. Was driving to work and the radio was playing the Spiderman song, then the spider just came out on the dash board. Reflex action just whack. That's how I got the second one. Weetiong Neutral Newbie September 20, 2004 Share September 20, 2004 wat is "nuke them all" technique? sorry, i not knowledgeable...
Ace_t Neutral Newbie September 20, 2004 Share September 20, 2004 I get spiders too.. the yellow ones. Quite large at times. was wondering why so many of them keep crawling from the dashboard and windows... till I found a nest of eggs tucked away inbetween the rubbers of the door. And that was not the first time..
Thunder Neutral Newbie September 21, 2004 Share September 21, 2004 Oh, actually it simply means spraying "baygon" in your car. All over the place including aircon vent, then close the door and let it stay inside there for a few hours. After that must really clean and air the car interior thoroughly. I did it once before. Desperate measures. If you don't feel comfortable, please don't try it. I cannot guarantee anything. But when I did it the last time, there were a few dead croachroach on the floor mat! Raycsk Neutral Newbie September 22, 2004 Share September 22, 2004 Please help me out ...!!! LOLHow come my car got coachroach inside ... n most of my time my car is shut n lock up how can that ass come in ...! There are quite a few places little croacky can come in. It could well crawled from the chasis into the rear bumper and find the boot vent, get into the boot and crawl in from gaps between the rear seats and mounts . Alternatively from the front such as wiper vents or engine bay right up your steering column. Of course you only need a couple of secs for him to make that quick dash before you shut the door. He could have stowed away in the things you brough into the car There are lots of ways he can penetrate. Yup he's the commando of insects alright. ↡ Advertisement
