would like to ask what is the difference bte 175 60 R14 and 175 65 R14?

 

pls enlighten...

Hi Bluefreud,

 

The "65" is the aspec ratio of height in relation to the tyre width.

 

65 will be higher than a 60.

 

Lower numbers can be classified as low profile tires which give better road holding but are not as comfortable.

cos i just changed to a 65 tyres from 60 and the guy said "Higher", so

dun really understand what he meant and how it will affect the normal

funtioning of the car...

 

no wonder seemed less bumpy with the new tyres...
