I up my rims to 17" straight from Pandan. amazing rush when taking corners..won't regret it..and my FC is current 12.5 average... For Lancer, the stock would be 14 so 16 would be your recommended upper limit. As many has pointed out, be prepared to pay for hefty cost of owning huge tires (upwards of 300 for decent rubber).
