Queries on leather cleaners

Just want to find out whether leather cleaners can be used to clean steering wheel and dashboard ?

if ur dashboard and steering wheel is leather of cz u can..bt i dnt tink there's leather dashboard..and also putting leather cleaner which most prob are greasy to the touch shldnt be applied on the steering wheel due to safety purposes..u wnt wan to slip when ur turning the wheel

So is there any product that can be used for both leather seats and dashboard, steering wheel ? If not, what are the products you would recommend for leather seats and what are the products for steering wheel, dashboard ? Something that is cheap and good.

Maybe its not such a good idea to use the cleaners on the steering wheel. Some cleaners come with conditioner. It may make the steering wheel oily and slippery. Best is just to use a clean damp cloth and give it a good hard wipe. OK to use on other areas.

I was advised not to use those vinyl polishers that is often used to gloss up the dashboard area as it was said that they give off harmful chemicals under the hot sun. I just use some water to wipe off and some static paper (the type used to clean floors) to pick up the dust.

This is what I used on my beemer, I used it for my dashboard as well as on the inside of the door, it has a slight cherry smell and gives good matte look[nod]oh UV protection too [thumbsup . One bottle will last you a very long time. You can also use it on the leather, but prefer zaino's leather conditioner for that as I love the leathery smell .
