Protege 1st Gear January 15, 2005 Share January 15, 2005 Bro, I tot Sin Kit do Accumat? They do Dynamat Xtreme also? What car you driving bro?
Thepukster Neutral Newbie January 15, 2005 Share January 15, 2005 I did my Dynamat at Auto55 in around Bukit Batok area. Me driving Honda Civic 2004 model.
Protege 1st Gear January 16, 2005 Share January 16, 2005 Bro, 55 is a good price per door as Dynamat Xtreme is more ex than Accumat and it is one of the best in SP material. Somemore Dynamat Xtreme is more ex than Accumat. Other shops are offering between 50-55 for Accumat per door. So yours is a good price. Cheers!! Thepukster Neutral Newbie January 16, 2005 Share January 16, 2005 Yah... I think so too as I did my fair share of research before committing....
Protege 1st Gear January 16, 2005 Share January 16, 2005 Good job bro!! So how's the performance of Dynamat Xtreme? Does it cut down the road noise well as I planning to do it also. But with Raammat. Big difference before and after?
Thepukster Neutral Newbie January 17, 2005 Share January 17, 2005 Well... road noise I would say is cut by about 20%-30%, not very significant change. So I would advise anyone who just wants to soundproof their doors to reduce road noise and not for ICE to not to do it. For me, its 50% for ICE & 50% for road noise. Plus the doors now closes with a solid "thup" sound, machiam continental cars. However remebering that soundproofing will add additional weight to your car.... one piece of Dynamat weighs about 0.88kg...

Thepukster Neutral Newbie January 17, 2005 Share January 17, 2005 Not too sure bro. Perhaps you can look for their no. in yellowpages and give them a call.
Protege 1st Gear January 20, 2005 Share January 20, 2005 I am doing SP for both ICE and road noise. I will be doing wheel arch also. So it will help more. Anyway not expecting Lexus quiet. Just better than what i have now can already.

Josephtan1234 Neutral Newbie March 7, 2005 Share March 7, 2005 (edited) Try Sin Kit Audiophile in Toa Payoh, they installed CL62 in mine for $300. Mrericlee Neutral Newbie March 8, 2005 Share March 8, 2005 Hmmm... in that case, SIM LIM is cheaper. SGD275 only for CDT CL62 (must buy 2). Installation I do in JB so that's why cheaper. Thanks!

Hyun Neutral Newbie September 23, 2005 Share September 23, 2005 Go for the CDT & good HU, I think you wil not regret.Cheers Hi, in terms of priority, which component upgrade from a crappy stock system makes the most difference? 1st - component speakers 2nd - subwoofer 10inch minimum? 3rd - amp or HU next? 4th - leftover amp or HU would this be quite correct? i'm wondering if amp or HU is more important to me. someone offered a soundstream reference 405 will power a kicker comp VR 10in sub plus hopefully CDT-62. i have a REAL low end (but new) HU. ↡ Advertisement
