Nissan Sunny Replacement ?

it seems that the Nissan Latio is not a replacement for the aging Sunny as expected. Any one has any rumours on when the present Sunny will eventually be replaced?

 

I think the Latio is like the Nissan Sunny VIP abt 5 years ago. When the new Sunny is launched eventually, the Latio's demand will slowly die off..

The Latio is not Sunny's replacement. Heard new Sunny will be launch somewhere in Sept according to one SE whom i spoke to but funno how 'Zhun'.

If that is the case, the sunny will likely compete head on with the all new Civic and Corolla. That means consumers will have more choices then!

 

If Nissan were to fit the Latio's engine and transmission into the new sunny, I think technology wise, Sunny will lose to the Civic and Corolla. New Civic and Corolla is rumoured to be fitted with I-VTEC and Dual VVT-I units respectively.
