Hi guys, my handbrake seems kinda loose(i have to pull it up quite high as compared to other cars), what can i do? just bring it to a workshop & tighten it? and when do i have to change the brake shoe?

and for my front brakes, i have to depress thep pedal quite abit before i can actually feel the bite of the brakes, sometimes it feels firm and most of the time its spongy, do i need to change the brake hose or just needa bleed the brakes?

Brakes r very important. Better to let the mechanic check front & rear asap.

For the back, seems the shoes worn out already, so u might need to change them.

For the stepping of brake, cud b due to the back brakes but cud also be moisture in the brake fluid bcos u said pedal is spongy.

May need to bleed or change fluid. At the same time ask the mechanic to check your front brake pads.

Best person to check is the mechanic.

Maybe u sud try another reliable w/s just to b sure.

U driving the car so u sud know if something does not feel right.

Spongy brakes r very dangerous as there cud be moisture/air in the brake fluid & u cannot stop quickly in an emergency.

The w/s u went to hmmmmm....... [confused][:/]
