just like to say that i am very happy with this new family car my sister got, so far things are feeling good. yah just like to share with u guys who are looking at new cars. I recommend this hatchback car.

How's the fuel consumption? Now is $58.9K for 1.6L auto hatchback. Is it cramp to sit 3 adults behind?

My sis was considering that but she bought the swift instead. I like the liana hatch. A bit of an old model but that's what makes it good value for money! Spacious rear and boot. and if im not wrong, decent FC as well.

i m planning to buy 1.6a liana but i hear from colleagues that their liana got water leakage problem from cabin door. from the left n the other from the right but problem is able to solve after pushing it back to champion motor for seal change.

Can help to ask ur sis, from the past few days of rain is there any leakage?

so far so good, no water leakage. been driving the 1.6A hatch for 2 years liao....no major breakdown only this year air-con o-ring wear out thus air-con not cool...change and ok now. FC after 2 year is about 10km/h (80% city)

 

very good ride my only complaint will be at 130km/h and above, the road and wind noise is terrible.

Thanks for ur feedback. Very tempted to book a liana now but ur FC seems to be a on the high side. The other reason price keep dropping so dun really know should i book or not??????????

ok i have no problems at all with the car too...go get it now man, if i am not it should be around $57k now compared to the $64k my sis paid for 6 months ago

Actually the price for a liana now is, 54,900 for a 1.6A and heard DVVT version is coming out. Dunno should wait for that.

anyway for the F/C, come and think of it, i almost 100% city drive, about 10km/L consistantly. my best F/C is about 17km/L when driving along m'sia highway for about 6hrs. highest speed try so far is 160km/h, full load (5 adults with luggage), stable but wind noise and road noise like hell....

anyway, used to be only one in my car park but recently more and more liana found in my neighbourhood. all are hatchback,,,,,
