Spoiler installation

Hi,

 

I'm looking around for a spoiler for my Carens, and would like some comments on the clip-on and drill-hole-in-car type of spoilers.

 

Any issues with rust for the drill-hole type? Will the clip-on ones drop off or dangle from one side after a while?

My spoiler is a freebie thrown in by my SE but installed at Ah Qiang. So I'm not sure about the cost.

 

But I guessed it should be around $250 - $300 plus installation.

It's not la. As long as it doesn't extend higher or wider than the car body and no sharp edges it should pass with no problems.

Nah. So many rides with GT Wings running all around SG. ROV also never bother about my wing last time. My fren kena only bcoz his wing extended more than his car body.

iceitten is correct, as long thw wing does not protrude out from the basic shape/profile of the vehicle, its acceptable.

 

but note that the wing must not hv any sharp edges too.
