Bosebani Neutral Newbie November 17, 2005 Share November 17, 2005 Andy & Bill at Turf city... material and labour, double layer, 4 doors only. i wouldn't recommend them now coz they have a large number of backlogged customers and the price is now $238... if they're busy, workmanship suffers... go down and take a look before commiting.. Maybe A & B is good at the past, but think now certainly not so recommended, for either sound proofing and tinting, both. ↡ Advertisement

Kwongwing Neutral Newbie November 21, 2005 Share November 21, 2005 FYI - I get an installer to do the SP for me But yes, as much of the wires, spkrs, etc. is moved out of the way before the SP material is pasted on, and along the way, holes are cut out for the screws, bolts, etc. Extra SP material is placed along the rims where the spker is to be mounted. Kwongwing Neutral Newbie November 21, 2005 Share November 21, 2005 Definitely lah! I get about 8.5 km/ltr - supposed to be OK for the car I'm driving which is already 2.4 tonnes The SP would only add about 1 kg max for all doors - so not that much really compared to the rest of the ICE - my sub when it goes in would add another 30+ kg
