dun think it will make it to this country definitely not for the beams.......... there is enough street light in sg when i was at kuantan driving in the dark, those land rover with fog light above the car and the light can cover almost the whole stretch of road .....cool..........

Actually, there are some portable 1,000,000 candle power spot lights selling for S$12.90 at Carrefour now...in the next aisle to the car stuff. Can charge via AC or via car cig lighter socket.

how to measure 1,000,000 candle power and how bright would that be

Carrefour has got one out on the shelf for people to try. I tested it and it could shoot all the way up to the ceiling and across to the other end ! You'll have to try it yourself to see if it is really meets ur expectations.

I'm drooling over my monitor right now. Hope that one day I can own one of this but guess if I do, then I won't be a Sillyporean anymore. As for the torch at Carrefour, if it's the one which is yellow in color and measures bout 15 cm in diameter across the lens, that's REALLY BRIGHT! Tried it when thay were selling for S$49.90 when they first launched it. Now if it's that cheap and you got space to spare in the car, why not?
