How long is the shelf-life of engine oil?

I bought a carton of Amsoil sometime in mid-2003 for my previous car. After using up 8 bottles for 2 rounds of servicing, I sold off my car and got a new Altis this month before the 3rd service so I

General guideline is 3 ~ 5 years.....

 

It'll be a waste disposing them.....I'll use them if I were you.

5K servicing can use your old Amsoil oil, then change again at 10K lor.

 

At least your old oil don't stay in your engine for so long also. Good thing to do.

Do some perodic QC check on your Altis' external window frame rubber (it runs around your window frame).

 

Tendency to warp as fast as 6 mths later from brand new.
