[nod] Most PIs give 3 years warranty or 60,000km. I guess PI reputation also count here; and CarTimes is one of the respected few.

 

As for the 5years free servicing, its no big deal i.e. Free Standard (Oil Change) Labour Service. One may have to buy their engine oil ++ @ their workshop.

 

I am not too crazy over specific Bodykit, but having one is [thumbsup] . If anyone (e.g. LONGBLACK) is letting go their existing ACTIVE bodykit for MUGEN, drop me a PM. I am keen to buy over the original kit + fog lamp. [smash][smash][smash]

Haven't collected my car so dun know yet [lipsrsealed] . But was assured (written black & white in the contract) to be at least > than $22K.

 

Read from earlier posting that you will be collecting your AIRWAVE this weekend. Did u buy from Pinnacle? So you must have gotten a good deal? What is your body colour & care to share [grouphug] yr buying price and OMV?

 

To be honest, b4 deciding on AIRWAVE, I was tossing around between AD's CIVIC HID 1.6A and PI's AIRWAVE 1.5G It took me a while to follow my heart desire i.e. "look/design" and "Long Term Fuel Savings i.e. at least 1~2km more per litre than CIVIC" . Buy the car that you love. No matter which car we choose (as long within budget), car is always an expense + high depreciation [rifle] .

I just heard from my SE that there are 2 PI selling at $60+ but the price is excluding GST (or some price only includes GST for OMV only) and some charge admin fee so pls remember to double check b4 you commit. Gd luck!

Just collected my car today [:)] Yes from Pinnacle and bought at $70988 wif $21k+ OMV.

 

For those who are still looking around, you can look for Shawn from Pinnacle. He is quite a nice and friendly guy....

1. How long have you waited for yr Airwave?

2. Was it 1 bid or the standard 4 bids?

3. Maybe for the rest out there. Were u asked to Top-Up/Admin Fee/GST/document fee

at Pinnacle?

4. At $71K, did they throw in Leather seats, Rims & Reverse Sensors or...?

5. BTW, what colour did you get.

 

Guess we can have an AIRWAVE [gossip] meet-up before Christmas.

Ya I think its really a gd deal [:)] Ok answer to ur questions :

 

1) Booked on 13 aug

2) 1 bid cos they ve stock if not should be 4 bids

3) Net price - no top up, admin fee or gst

4) Comes wif reserse sensor, alarm and MP3 only. Top up $720 for leather seat. Change rim @ pxx xxxg (trade in my existing and top up $450 to 15')

5) Red

 

Heard from Shawn (Pinnacle) that they are selling at $71988 now. Understand that they have pretty bad reputation. Was pretty worried but I guess I am a gd example. They are not as bad or as least for my SE Shawn.

 

Shawn, if you see this better buy me lunch [laugh]

Hi Zenn,

 

Got the car last evening on behalf of my wife.

Everything is ok...

 

1. The ride is light as compare to my Megane Hatch.

2. Responsive, I think is light in weight with a 15" rim.

3. Love the Glass roof... [sunny]

4. IF more buttons on the console will be good.... I just love to press button here and there...

5. The booth space is huge, and the back seat space is good too..

6. More storage space will be good (Front), the front panel can't put water bottle and too small for file folder. The storage space (for front passenger) is a joke.

 

Overall rating for 1 day ride = 8.5/10 [thumbsup]

 

Verdit

Engine - Smooth on road, loud when idling

Ride - Light and smooth, Responsive

Look - What do you think [:p]

Space - Great

Console - Could be better

Storage space - Too small to be true

 

Now is the complain... [furious]

1. Head rest on the back left side can't lift up...

2. Where is the torch (fireworks).. :p

3. Suppose to get the leather seat change but realize the Active model seat is different from the normal one..(according from the PI), therefore will do it later..need the car now..Here come the nightmare.... they change the door panel to leather on the back L & R and remain Fabric on the front.. [hur]

4. When engage to "R", there's a "low grinning" sound.. Some of them have this problem too.

5. Battery so small... when idling, the internal light flick..

 

i think that's about all...
