Wads the diff between 10W40 vs 5W40 vs 0W40?? From wad i understand theres no diff if being used in Spore rite??

Hi bros I'm currently driving a Tuscani & due for 20K servicing soon. I'm confused as to which RP to buy, either 5W30 or 10W40??? Hopefully all experts out there can advise which is best for my ride? or if there's other oil which you guys think is the best.. Thanks.............
