As per topic.. Should MiniStars and all top level civil servants including those in the Div 1 scale take a pay cut?... in light of the economic developments and the extremely gloomy forecast till next year, given that they should lead the way to show that 'leading a conservative and thrifty lifestyle' is the preferred measure to take in times like these.
