  1. Just a warning to all. A sneeze can give you a sprained back muscle or worse, slipped disc I had a sneeze and my lower back hurts like hell. Pulled muscle. Cant sit, move or sleep properly. Muscles spasm. Went to see GP. he say I'm lucky. Other ppl got slipped disc. So when u sneeze, got to let it all out. Dont hold back . And no sudden jerking of body. For me, I think I had some sudden body jerking when I sneeze and I withhold some of the sneeze. Hence I got this muscle problem

Oh brother.... <_< From STOMP: http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/stomp/sg..._void_deck.html Posted on 08 May 2012 Note at Marine Crescent void deck asks resident to lower the volume of his 'sneeze' STOMPer zlrz spotted this note at Block 46 Marine Crescent telling a fellow resident to 'lower his or her sneeze volume'. He says the noise has been keeping him awake in the wee hours of the morning. The STOMPer wrote: "I found this notice under Block 46 Marine Crescent. "This Marine Crescent resident was asked to lower his or her sneeze volume. "The note read: 'Dear resident, I am staying at Block 46 Marine Crescent as I'm having medication to help me sleep but recently I have been awakened by sneeze noise around 4-5am in the morning and feeling giddy the whole day. I hope you will lower down your sneeze volume thank you.' "In response some residents wrote 'use ear plug' and 'ask god to help'. "I posted this. I found it funny. How would a person lower his or her sneeze volume?"
